COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State football team will face Illinois for the first time since 2017 and travel to Champaign for the first time since 2015. Despite reports of positive coronavirus tests within the program, the game is still scheduled to be played. The Buckeyes have won eight straight games against the Illini and lead the all-time series 68-30-4. They come into the game favored by 28.5 points and will look bounce back from a lackluster game from many of their starters, headlined by quarterback Justin Fields, who played his worst game as a Buckeye. The game will also serve as the debut for an all-white alternate uniform for the Buckeyes for a noon kickoff. The combination features the traditional white jersey matched with white pants instead of the traditional grey. This is the first time Ohio State has worn alternate uniforms this season. Get ready for Saturday’s game…
