Before the Buckeyes and Wildcats clash for the 79th time, here are five things to know about Northwestern: 1. The Wildcats are 6-1 and have won the Big Ten West for the second time. Northwestern, which last won the conference title in 2000, won the West two years ago before losing to Ohio State in the championship game.
