INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Ohio State football enters another game as the superior team as it faces Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship. This will be a matchup between a team flooded with NFL talent and a team filled with players who were low in the recruiting rankings, but are high on experience. The bulk of Northwestern’s starters were also major contributors two years ago when they lost to the Buckeyes in Indianapolis, 45-24. While Ohio State’s starting 22 features some turnover from that game, many of its impact players were either true freshmen, high school seniors or playing at a college of high school south of the Mason–Dixon Line.
