COLUMBUS, Ohio — Days after being offered, the top-ranked running back in the 2023 class has put Ohio State football near the top of his list. Four-star running back Richard Young out of Lehigh Senior High School in Florida is the nation’s No. 18 overall player and the top-ranked running back in the country. He received his latest offer from the Buckeyes on Tuesday, but It didn’t take long for him to quickly catapult them as one of his favorites out of his 27 offers thus far. “They would be in my top five,” Young told cleveland.com. Young says he is also big on Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M and Alabama.
