COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s 2021 roster will include a few names the Buckeyes originally did not expect to appear. As the offseason begins, the question remains which uncommitted prospects do the Buckeyes have room to pursue? All college teams must be at 85 scholarship players for the start of the season each fall, and that number hangs in the background of decisions made year-round. However, 2020 seniors who opted to return for 2021 do not count against that limit. Haskell Garrett, Antwuan Jackson, Thayer Munford and Marcus Williamson took advantage of that loophole for this fall.
