Watch: Trey Sermon speaks to NFL Network about time at Ohio State and the 'smirk'

Ohio State running back Trey Sermon spent only one season in scarlet and gray, but he certainly made the most of what was an unpredictable year. Coming off an ACL tear and an uncertain future at Oklahoma, Sermon decided to transfer to Ohio State and see if he could make a run with the Buckeyes. And run he did. After learning to fully trust his surgically repaired knee, Sermon showed up when his team needed him the most. With Master Teague going down in the Big Ten Championship with a concussion, the Oklahoma transfer broke a 25-year-old record for rushing yards in the game once held by Eddie George. To add to his career day, Sermon helped lead the Buckeyes to victory over Clemson in the Sugar Bowl. His two-game total of 524 rushing yards is the most in Buckeye history in back-to-back games.
