COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State basketball team won its third straight game, ended a three-game losing streak against Michigan State and solved one of its few flaws in a convincing 79-62 win on Sunday afternoon., The Buckeyes never trailed by more than two — a result of the game’s opening possessions — and took an 8-7 lead with 3:20 into the game and never trailed again. The Spartans stuck around for the bulk of the first half, but once OSU settled in and found a way to put together quality possessions followed with defensive stops, the lead started to grow.
