Ohio State basketball rises to No. 4 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball has jumped up to No. 4 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll following perhaps its most impressive win of the season. The Buckeyes knocked off Iowa 89-85 — which dropped from No. 8 to No. 15 — on the road pushing them inside the top five of the AP Poll. This is the second straight season that OSU has spent at least one week inside the top five. Last season it peaked at No. 2 following a top 10 win over Kentucky. OSU is one of seven ranked Big Ten teams and is second to only No. 3 Michigan. Others include No. 6 Illinois, No. 21 Wisconsin, No. 24 Purdue and No. 25 Rutgers.
