The Ohio State and Michigan basketball teams gave us an instant classic yesterday in Value City Arena. And while the outcome wasn’t exactly what Buckeye fans were hoping for, Chris Holtman’s squad made a statement that they can play with anyone in the country. As a result of such a back and forth game which saw 17 ties and 11 lead changes, The Associated Press kept OSU ranked No. 4 in the nation in the latest AP Top 25 Poll. Both teams shot the ball extremely well, but Ohio State didn’t have an answer for the Wolverine’s freshman center, 7-foot, 2-inch Hunter Dickenson, who poured in 22 points. The loss snapped the Buckeye’s seven-game winning streak. They’ll look to get back on track when they head to East Lansing to take on Michigan State this coming Thursday.
