Ohio State basketball’s Duane Washington Jr. earns co-Big Ten Player of the Week honors


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Duane Washington Jr. has become the first Ohio State basketball player to earn co-Big Ten Player of the Week honors this season. The recognition comes after averaging 25.5 points on 66.7 percent shooting in games against Michigan and Penn State, one of which led to his career-high 30 points. This is the first time in his career that he’s won the honor and the first OSU player since Kaleb Wesson on Nov. 18, 2019.
