
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football 2022 defensive back target Will Johnson of Grosse Pointe South High School in Michigan, has committed to Michigan. The five-star recruit, rated as the No. 11 player and No. 5 cornerback in the country, chose the Wolverines over the Buckeyes and USC. This commitment gives the Wolverines six players in its 2022 recruiting class and first five-star or top 100 recruit. The news of losing out on Johnson comes just hours after OSU added its 11th commit in wide receiver Kyion Grayes.
