Remember the last time the Boilermakers looked lost on defense? Nothing like what happened in the first half as the Buckeyes put on a clinic and established an 18-point lead. It looked safe at the time. Ohio State pulled Trevion Williams and Zach Edey away from the basket and buried 3-pointer after 3-pointer, led by Kyle Young, who posted a career-high 18 points in the first 20 minutes. The Boilermakers were slow to rotate and appeared to be overcompensating in trying to cover up mistakes. Ohio State made eight 3-pointers in the first half and 11 for the game, which isn’t a big surprise.…
