The final of the Big Ten conference tournament between Illinois and Ohio State came down to the wire. And not only was it dramatic for fans of the Buckeyes and Fighting Illini, it was a nail-biter for bettors as well. Illinois opened as a 5.5-point favorite, but the point spread ticked up to six and then 6.5 before tipoff. Illinois led most of the way, but couldn’t quite put Ohio State away.
