COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Miyan Williams found a very 2021 measure of the impact he made late last season. Four combined carries between the Big Ten championship game and the College Football Playoff semifinal against Clemson raised the then-freshman’s social media profile. “After the Clemson game my followers went up a lot,” Williams said. “A lot of people started talking about me and noticing me.” Ohio State running backs coach Tony Alford noticed, too. Williams’ opportunity came when Master Teague suffered a concussion early in that Big Ten championship victory over Northwestern. This spring will allow Alford and the staff an extended look at a more confident Williams. “He had a smattering of carries, a very small sample size, but what he did have he was very successful in those opportunities,” Alfords said. “He’s continuing to grow into the program.” What else did we learn about the running…
