
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State football recruiting class of 2022 can see the light at the end of the tunnel. After months of frustration and uncertainty about not being able to visit schools due to the stranglehold of the recruiting dead period, Ohio State’s currently top-ranked class is cautiously optimistic it will finally be able to meet in Columbus for what is being pegged as “Buckeye Bash 2.0.” The inaugural Buckeye Bash took place last October and was orchestrated by now freshman defensive end Jack Sawyer and his family. The attendees stayed in Pickerington, just 20 miles from campus and took self guided tours of The Ohio State University. This year’s rendition, which is tentatively slated for June 4-6, is spearheaded by commits C.J. Hicks and Dasan McCullough.
