Ryan Day hopes Ohio State's pro day helps current Buckeyes as much former players

Ohio State’s football program will take a pause from its spring practice on Tuesday to allow some of the Buckeyes of the recent past to return to the Woody Hayes Athletic Center for the team’s annual pro day. As always, personnel from teams across the NFL will flock to Columbus, Ohio to watch the next crop of Scarlet and Gray stars that are headed to the draft workout. This pro day takes on an even more significant role in the evaluation of these players due to the lack of an NFL Combine this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But while this day is about the likes of Justin Fields, Trey Sermon, Jonathon Cooper and others, it also can play a part in how successful Ohio State is going forward.
