The Buckeyes have already identified the candidates for the final spot, but don’t have to rush a commitment because of the early work they put in getting in-state standouts. RANKING: The No. 15 inside linebacker in the class of 2022, No. 447 player. THE BATTLE: Medlock has yet to narrow down his options among 28 offers, but the Buckeyes have emerged as a favorite alongside LSU, Oklahoma and Oregon.
