Ohio State get penalized greatly in final Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll

Well, it will come as no surprise to anyone that Ohio State has slipped quite a bit in the final Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll powered by USA Today Sports after an upset at the hands of Oral Roberts in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. The Buckeyes became on the ninth No. 2 seed to lose to a 15 seed in tournament history. Despite the body of work, OSU fell pretty far in the final coaches poll, all the way to No. 15 in the nation. After being ranked as high as No. 4 in the country, Ohio State fell out of the top ten for the first time since the beginning of February. The Buckeyes did themselves no favors with a poor performance against Oral Robers, but it also feels like the Big Ten, in general, laid an egg after being so dominant in the regular season.
