Domonique Orange, 2022 DT, is a physical specimen Ohio State should want, coach says: Buckeyes Recruiting Roundup


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Buckeyes have extended a 2022 scholarship offer to one of Missouri’s top prospects, defensive tackle Domonique Orange out of North Kansas City, Mo. Although he is rated as a three-star, Orange’s 6-4, 300-pound frame and strength establishes him apart as college ready. He’s a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball as well. “He is what the schools of that caliber want from an interior defensive lineman,” North Kansas head coach Leon Douglas said. “He has great size, great athleticism, and has been a multi-sport athlete the majority of his life. He has great knee bend, flexibility, change of direction, and is pretty explosive to be a guy that big.” Orange started off on varsity at North Kansas as a freshman and has been a three-year starter since, helping his team to a conference championship in the 2019-20 season.
