Bellamy is rated as a three-star prospect and is a top 40 cornerback in the nation according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Others making the list for Bellamy’s services include Clemson, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, and Rutgers. Clemson, somewhat late to the game, just made its offer a couple of weeks ago.
