Ohio State football lost to Alabama on the field during the 2021 national championship game, and it has now lost to the Tide once again on the recruiting trail. The Buckeyes were in the thick of landing Tennessee transfer Henry To’o To’o, but he announced his decision to transfer to Alabama after entering the transfer portal after the Volunteers fired head coach Jeremy Pruitt. In fact, most recruiting types has OSU in the lead for landing the former freshman All-American linebacker’s services. It was not to be though. Alabama put on a late push and has won out, leaving Ohio State very thin and very green at linebacker after losing its top four performers to graduation and the NFL draft.
