
COLUMBUS, Ohio — It’s been stated enough times that offensive tackle is the top need for Ohio State’s 2022 class. More specifically, the Buckeyes need an elite-level tackle carrying the reputation of a potential first-round draft pick. Doing so allows the program to continue two ongoing cycles since Greg Studrawa was hired to run the position in 2016. The first cycle starts in Studrawa’s initial class in 2017 when he landed Wyatt Davis, the country’s No. 24 player and top offensive guard. At the time, he was the highest-rated guard to come to Columbus and spent his four-year career living up to that.
