Twelve Ohio State swimmers to take part in Olympic trials

It’s creeping ever so closer to the summer Olympics in Tokyo and that means we’ll begin to see some Olympic trials coming up. © Provided by Buckeyes Wire 12 Ohio State swimmers to take part in U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials Queue up the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials taking place at CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska over the next couple of weeks. Wave I is all set for June 4-7, and there will be 12 Buckeyes taking part. The competition will be prelims-finals format. The top two finishers in each event will advance to the Wave II trials set for June 13-20. From there, the 2021 U.S. Olympic team to the Tokyo Olympics will be selected. Any Ohio State swimmers that advance out of Wave I will join six Buckeyes already invited to Wave II: Hunter Armstrong, Hannah Bach, Charlie Clark, Jason Mathews, Hudson McDaniel, and Evan McFadden.
