
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s 2022 recruiting class has been building strong relationships over the past year, thanks to the technology of the 21st century. Now they’ll finally meet in person. The Buckeyes’ coaching staff made it a point to get as many people as possible from a 12-man class to Columbus to start the month; all but three will be in town. That includes all four in-state commits and the four guys rated as five-star recruits. Typically you’d want to spread guys out in the name of peer recruiting, but given how the last 15 months have gone, getting everyone together was more of a priority. “We discussed that as a staff, and we just felt like since they’ve been so loyal to us, we wanted to them to get here that first weekend just because they deserve it,” director of player personnel Mark Pantoni said last Friday.…
