Added 49 yards and one touchdown on nine receptions. What he has done: Brooks should be on the cusp of setting Tulsa’s all-time rushing record by now. After averaging 5.8 yards and scoring 10 touchdowns as a freshman, he became the Golden Hurricanes’ starter in 2018 and ‘19.
