
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Wide receiver Kaleb Brown of St. Rita High School in Illinois committed to the Ohio State football program Monday as the newest member of its 2022 recruiting class. Brown is rated as the No. 63 player and No. 6 wide receiver and chose the Buckeyes over 18 other schools, with Michigan being the long-time front-runner. The decision came during his official visit. Adding Brown gives OSU’s 2022 class three wide receivers alongside five-star Caleb Burton and four-star Kyion Grayes. It also continues a recent run of success the program has had in recruiting elite wide receivers. Brian Hartline has landed 10 commits as the Buckeyes’ wide receivers coach, with all but one being a top 100 recruit.
