Michigan adding Ohio State sign in weight room move in the right direction

Michigan football is one of those programs that will be under scrutiny regardless of what it does. Especially because it hasn’t beaten its rival, Ohio State, since 2011 — and hadn’t before that since 2003. Yes, the rivalry has been one-sided since the early aughts, but before that, the same could be said going the other way. On the back side of an eight-game winning streak for the Buckeyes starting in 2004, Michigan had won 20 of 35 against OSU, with a 20-13-2 record dating back to the beginning of the Bo Schembechler era in 1969. Famously, former Bucks head coach Jon Cooper went 2-10-1 against Michigan, which didn’t exactly earn him any favors in Columbus.
