It looks like Ohio State guard Duane Washington’s career at Ohio State has come to an end. News circulated a couple of days ago that he plans to keep his name in the NBA draft and forgo his final year in Columbus. There’s no way around it — there were some ups and downs during his career as a Buckeye. Some loved to hate on his quick, ill-timed, and questionable shot selection at times, but others liked the gunslinger mentality he had. There’s no denying that he carried Ohio State at times in the Big Ten tournament last season and that he could score in bunches when he was engaged and locked in.
