COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State football program may be in the middle of its second wave of commitments in its 2022 recruiting class. The Buckeyes came into June with the No. 1 class in the country, holding 12 commits headlined by five-star quarterback Quinn Ewers and five-star home-grown linebacker C.J. Hicks. With the 15-month recruiting moratorium lifted, June provided a stage for OSU to get every significant target on campus while also discovering new ones. The result has been five new additions in 39 days. Wide receiver Kaleb Brown, a four-star, kicked things off during his official visit on June 7. He could’ve been a victory for Michigan.
