COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State football team opens the season Sept. 2 at Minnesota. We are counting down the best 50 players Ohio State will face on that 2021 schedule. Today: Indiana’s Tiawan Mullen. No. 6: Tiawan Mullen, CB, Indiana 6-foot-5, 205 pounds, redshirt junior 2020 stats: 37 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, three interceptions, four pass breakups and one forced fumble. What he has done: As a freshman, the former three-star recruit broke up 13 passes, leading the Big Ten en route to being recognized as a first-team All-American by two of the five organizations whose postseason lists determines consensus and unanimous All-Americans. Mullen is by far the best returning cornerback in the Big Ten this season.
