The Ohio State football players and coaches like to say throughout the season that the next game is the most important. While every season is big for the Buckeyes, and with that phrase in mind, the 2021 season is going to be important. Ohio State is looking to win its fifth consecutive Big Ten title and return to the College Football Playoff for the third straight year. While those feats have become the expectations in Columbus, they certainly aren’t a given. This is especially true for a team that is breaking in a new starting quarterback, one yet to officially be named, working through some decisions on both the offensive and defensive lines, finding three new starting linebackers and trying to fix a secondary that struggled a year ago.
