Another former Ohio State guard is set to take part in The Basketball Tournament this summer, but it will not be as a member of Carmen’s Crew. It was announced on Monday that former Buckeye point guard CJ Walker will play in the 2021 TBT, but will do so with the Red Scare, the Dayton alumni team. While it might have made more sense for the recently departed Scarlet and Gray guard to play for Carmen’s Crew, Ohio State’s alumni team, given where he played his final two years of his college career, that roster is pretty well equipped when it comes to former Buckeye guards. Carmen’s Crew already has Aaron Craft, Jon Diebler, William Buford, David Lighty, Shannon Scott, Lenzelle Smith Jr. and Keyshawn Woods, as well as former Miami star Julian Mavunga.
