
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus and Uppsala, Sweden are separated by the North Atlantic Ocean and a 4,000-mile distance. Even so, the Swedish product Theo Melin Öhrström still found home-like hospitality in the Buckeye State during his June visit. Offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson is responsible for that. “I came before the camp in the morning and I introduced myself to Coach Wilson,” Öhrström said. “We talked for a bit and I told him I’m from Sweden and from there on, every person I met — when he was giving me a tour through the facilities — he wanted me to introduce myself in Swedish which was kind of funny. “I was talking to Jeremy Ruckert when I was there and I remember watching his high school highlights a couple of years back so it was pretty cool meeting him.” Öhrström attends RIG Academy, a developmental sports academy that admits 10 students…
