WWE reaches out to Ohio State’s Seth Towns about wrestling tryout

Chris Holtmann and the Ohio State Buckeyes are expecting big things from forward Seth Towns now that his knee has had time to fully recover ahead of his second season with the program. While still working his way back from injury last season, Towns averaged 3.8 points and 2.2 rebounds in 10.8 minutes per game for the Scarlet and Gray in 2020.  Towns appears to be on track to becoming a key contributor for the Buckeyes in 2021, as long as he’s not recruited elsewhere first. However, it seems the 6-foot-8, 230-pounder has caught the attention of those in talent development for World Wrestling Entertainment.
