
INDIANAPOLIS — The answer to the question of ‘Is Ohio State football’s Steele Chambers a running back or a linebacker?’ has loomed over the program since the 2020 season ended. As the Buckeyes near fall camp in preparation for the 2021 season, that answer is simple: Both. “He’s at running back, but he’s also moved around and done some different things with coach (Al) Washington,” head coach Ryan Day said. “So we’ll see. It’s really up to Steele in the end on where he feels most comfortable as we head into the season.” Chambers spent two seasons with Tony Alford running for 221 yards and one touchdown on 28 carries.
