On Thursday the Ohio State staff welcomed in a number of the country’s top prospects from the 2022, 2023 and 2024 classes to their big recruiting cookout. One of those who was in attendance was Thompson’s Station (Tenn.) Independence 2023 tight end Ty Lockwood. Lockwood made the trip north to Columbus with his father. Bucknuts caught up with Lockwood on Thursday and he said he had a great time at the cookout and Ohio State had moved into his lead position. “I love it,” Lockwood told Bucknuts on Thursday afternoon. “It’s a lot of fun.
