Good afternoon Bucknuts members and visitors! There is plenty going on with Ohio State football recruiting so let’s get started! I will of course have plenty more throughout the night and tomorrow. 1) The Buckeyes held their recruiting cookout on Thursday. It was an event attended by some of the Ohio State staff’s top 2022, 2023 and 2024 targets including defensive tackle Hero Kanu and defensive end Kenyatta Jackson from the 2022 class, linebacker/athlete Sonny Styles, running back Richard Young, offensive linemen Luke Montgomery and Joshua Padilla, defensive end Richard Leblanc and tight end Ty Lockwood from the 2023 class, and quarterback Jadyn Davis from the 2024 class. There were a number of others in attendance who the Buckeyes have also offered a scholarship to and could end up being a Buckeye in the future.
