
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Jack Miller and C.J. Stroud have only spoken publicly once since officially becoming Ohio State football players. The two Class of 2020 quarterbacks were among the 13 early enrollees who arrived ahead of Ryan Day’s second season as head coach. They came to sit behind Justin Fields and learn the position before heading into a battle to be his successor. Both acknowledged that it wasn’t normal for two highly rated quarterbacks to be in the same recruiting class, but that none of that matter once they were on campus. Kyle McCord joined them this past January as the five-star recruit in the 2021 class. He knew what he was signing up for when he picked the Buckeyes.
