Fall camp is an important time of year for the Ohio State football team. It’s the official start of the new year and, with games on the horizon, it means the team is getting close to the beginning of the season when what happens on the gridiron really matters. This year, the Buckeyes have plenty of work to do before traveling to Minnesota for a Big Ten opener in early September. The Scarlet and Gray need a starting quarterback, to determine the pecking order at running back, sort out the interior of the offensive line and find new starters at multiple positions on the defense. But while what happens on the practice field is a major part of fall camp, there is also the off-the-field factor.
