Ryan Day and the Ohio State football team continue their work towards their first game which is a Thursday night opener this year at Minnesota on Sept. 2. The Buckeyes started practices last week and players continue to have their black stripe removed. In fact, the Buckeyes had their first official team scrimmage today and there is now a new official Ohio State Buckeye. Freshman defensive end J.T. Tuimoloau has had his black stripe removed. Tuimoloau was the final class of 2021 recruit to commit to Ohio State and did not arrive at Ohio State until shortly before the start of fall camp.
