The College GameDay crew selected two Buckeyes as “Players to Watch” for this season: wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and running back TreVeyon Henderson. Smith-Njigba, a 6-foot, 198-pound sophomore, is being tabbed by Desmond Howard as the next special Ohio State receiver. “Ohio State has probably the best wide receiver room in the country. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is a young receiver but he’s very smooth, very fluid,” Howard said. “What I love about him, when I talk to coaches, they say he’s the next one.
