COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Teradja Mitchell admits he and the other linebackers occupying first-string roles have something to prove this season. They won’t wait long for the first opportunity. Thursday’s season opener at Minnesota includes a matchup with Mohamed Ibrahim, a first-team All-Big Ten selection last season. Ibrahim’s 1,076 rushing yards led the Big Ten by more than 200 last season. His 15 rushing touchdowns were five more than any other player. “You can’t arm tackle him,” Mitchell said. “I think he’s one of the best backs in the country.
