Oregon Ducks preparing for an Ohio State secondary recovering from injuries

EUGENE — Oregon’s defense isn’t alone in dealing with injuries heading into Saturday’s marquee matchup with No. 3 Ohio State. The Buckeyes were without their top two cornerbacks last week against Minnesota and as a result, true freshman Denzel Burke and second-year freshman Ryan Watts started and had four and three tackles, respectively. “A true freshman getting on the field at Ohio State, you got to be the real deal,” Ducks receiver Mycah Pittman said. “I’m not taking anyone lightly. Anybody that can touch that field, I’m prepared for.
