Ohio State Buckeyes safety Josh Proctor carted off with apparent leg injury

3:05 PM ET COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State safety Josh Proctor was carted off the field in the third quarter of Saturday’s game against No.12 Oregon, a significant blow to a struggling Buckeyes defense.
