COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s 2021 roster is lacking in legitimate defensive back talent right now. Two cycles of failed recruiting forced the Buckeyes to use an unconventional approach in finding its best cover guys. They convinced offensive players to play defense. For some reason, it’s worked.
