COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State’s September was so uncertain, it set up the easiest college football betting line in history. Vegas casinos were built on the backs of losing gamblers, but after making Ohio State just a 15.5-point favorite over Rutgers on Saturday, look for wrecking balls on The Strip. Sports betting isn’t yet legal in Ohio, but it will be sooner than later. Plenty of you have avenues in which to bet, and plenty of you don’t care about gambling.
