
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball will open the 2021-22 season as a ranked team following the release of the Associated Press Preseason Top 25 poll. The Buckeyes make their debut at No. 17, 10 spots lower than where they finished the 2020-21 season. They ended the season with a 21-10 record (12-8 Big Ten) and reached the championship game of the Big Ten Tournament, losing to Illinois.
