COLUMBUS, Ohio — A poorly timed loss by Penn State cost Ohio State football a top-10 matchup Saturday in the latest college rankings. The Buckeyes remained No. 5 in the new AP Top 25 poll after shellacking Indiana 54-7 on Saturday. However, a 20-18 nine-overtime home loss to Illinois sent the Nittany Lions tumbling from No. 7 down to No. 20. Georgia remains the unanimous No. 1 team, followed by undefeated Cincinnati.
