
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball’s E.J. Liddell has been named as a unanimous selection for the preseason All-Big Ten ten team heading into the 2021-22 season. Liddell returns as the Buckeyes leading scorer averaging 16 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. He led the Buckeyes to a 21-10 (12-8 Big Ten) record reaching the championship game of the Big Ten Tournament and earning a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. His efforts earned first-team honors. He is the only OSU played on the 10-man team and is one of five guys to be a unanimous selection. The group is led by Illinois’ Kofi Cockburn as the preseason Big Ten Player of the Year.
