
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State and Penn State are about to play in a game where both teams are ranked for the 11th time. Even with the Nittany Lions losing to Illinois last weekend, the game still holds importance. The Buckeyes might be the nation’s second-best team regardless of records but right now the resume doesn’t match that. It is still looking for its first win against a ranked team on the path to a third straight playoff berth. Meanwhile, Penn State is trying to right the ship coming off back-to-back losses.
